We spend so much time on the internet these days, cruising different websites, playing online games, using search engines to learn more about certain topics, etc.

We want to teach you how the internet works, what servers are and why they’re important; but most importantly, we want to teach you how to build your very own website!

To learn that, you must first learn 3 important languages: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. We are here to walk you through it and help you with any troubleshooting that comes your way. The only question is: what will your website be about?

Target age range: 8 - 20 years old

-       Structure and elements of HTML (e.g. attributes, tags, divs)

-       Role of CSS and integration with HTML

-       Hex codes, colors, website styling

-       Functions

-       HTML events

-       Variables

-       Loops

Projects You’ll Make:

-       Design your own website using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript!

-       Simple Hex code colour randomizer (JavaScript)

-       Learn about web servers, the world wide web, and how the internet works
